The Schmidthorst College of Business faculty members are using high impact 教ing methods and experiential learning practices that are proven with research to engage students and deepen their learning. To support 教ing innovation, the College has formed a Committee to Advance Teaching and Learning (CATL) and utilizes a 教ing and learning framework.

Our aim in the Schmidthorst College of Business is to build a college-wide community innovating and implementing transformative learning that sets us apart - to be a best in class college – recognized for utilizing high impact evidence-based approaches for 教ing and learning. Our charge is to collaboratively develop and advance programs that facilitate, 促进, and reward effective 教ing and learning while encouraging each person to 教 in their own unique way.
